The name of this site, Build Your Ideal Body, might sound like a body building site, but it’s not…not entirely anyway. You see, we acknowledge that what constitutes an “ideal body” for one person might be completely different from someone else.
One person might want rock hard abs and bulging biceps while for another losing a few pounds, or a lot, would be the ideal. But pretty much everyone would agree that having a healthy body that will support us in the activities we want to undertake is worth pursuing.
So our goal here is to provide good information on how to have a healthy, strong body that will see you through your daily activities with a minimum of pain and a minimum of medication. To that end, we will provide articles on good nutrition and healthy eating, age-appropriate exercise and how to avoid or heal from life-style diseases. I’m also going to do a bit of journaling about my own weight loss experience in the blog. Since weight loss after 45 or 50 is an extra challenge for women, you might find my story of interest.
From time to time we’ll offer an ebook, special report or program that we believe will be helpful for the challenges you may be facing.
